Pre sales questions
All products are shipped to any of 48 U.S. States. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses.
We offer free USA and International Shipping with tracking. There is No shipping cost & NO sales tax.
Yes. For all orders, you should receive e-mail confirmation within hours. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us by email at service@rehabdot.com.
Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. Transit times range from 1 to 5 days depending on the product and your location.
If your shipment has not been processed, we will be happy to cancel your order. To cancel, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. All requests must be made within 6 hours of placing the order. If the order has been processed, you must return the item according to the return policy.
If you want to change your shipping address, please email service@rehabdot.com us within 6 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed by our shipping team, we cannot edit your shipping details. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your purchase.
Yes. We don’t like it when people give our personal information away. As a result, we will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with anybody.
All our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Simply write to us at service@rehabdot.com so that our customer support team can do their best to resolve your issue.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). If you cannot track your package normally, contact us service@rehabdot.com and our support team will help you track your order.
