At present, all goods on our site are shipped free.
Free ground shipping to U.S. 48 contiguous states.
We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses.
Special Situation
For certain areas such as restricted zones, islands, CBD towers, and no-lift areas, additional delivery charges may apply or only ship to your downstairs.
Please check with us if you are unsure about the additional costs.
Shipping Out
Before shipping, we will do strict quality testing and careful packaging. The order processing time is usually within 2 business days. It is used to ensure the quality of your order, packaging, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding to our shipping company for shipping. During holidays, the order processing time is within 3 business days.

Confirm Payment
Once the order has been approved and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.

Tracking
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Shipping Address Change
If you want to change your shipping address, please email us within 6 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed by our shipping team, we cannot edit your shipping details. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your purchase.
