Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to Rehabdot.com! All our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Simply write to us at service@rehabdot.com so that our customer support team can do their best to resolve your issue.
How do you return and get a refund/replacement?
- Please contact our REHABDOT customer service ( Contact us ) and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
- Our customer service team investigates and offers a solution based on our policy.
- Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provides the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.).
- Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.
Reasons Supporting Free Return
- DOA(Dead on arrival) - You can reject it directly if it is confirmed damaged
- The wrong item was sent - Please provide us with clear pictures of the item, the SKU/PN number, and all shipping labels on the package
- Doesn't match the description - Please provide us with some photos to show the problem
- Quality issues - Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify it
- Missing parts - Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify it
- Note: Please contact us with the necessary pictures or videos for the above return situations. Once verified, We will offer you a suitable solution.
Reasons Not Supporting Free Return
- Arrived too late - REHABDOT will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
- Don’t want/need/like it
- Receive the item but change your mind/ Order by mistake/ Price changes/
- Does not meet my expectations/ Paying high shipping cost/ Find better products
- Without manual or non-standard manual - Contact us for an electronic or video manual
- User’s error - Any damage caused by the user’s misoperation will not be covered/ Bought wrong
- Note: For the above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return & restock.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Credit Card- Within 3-15 business days after receiving the refund email (depending on your card issuer)
- Paypal- Up to 48 hours after you receive the refund email
- Note: If you have not received a refund within the time frame, please feel free to contact us or your card issuer.
- Statement: REHABDOT reserves all the right for the final explanation of the return and refund policy. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Order Cancellations
- We try to ship orders as fast as possible. We are happy to cancel your order if your shipment has not already been processed.
- To cancel, please contact our customer support ASAP. All requests must be made within 6 hours of placing your order.
- If an order has been processed, you will have to proceed with the return as outlined above.
